What strange dichotomies exist in the human brain when it is simultaneously perfectly fine to eat a healthy dinner and follow that up with baking a cake.
(I made an orange cake with a raspberry honey glaze. Why? Because I wanted to make something, and this one didn't involve chocolate.)
