Our smart cat doesn't have the vocal range to accomplish that - he's got about three varieties of "mew". Our dumb cat has the vocal range, but pretty much all of it boils down to "FOOD!" or "BIRD!" or, on rare occaisions, "FOODBIRDBIRDBIRDFOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD."
