I'm getting caught up

In other news, my landlord is insane. I got home and it appears (well, as of about 4 p.m. today) that we have no hot water heater. I'm afraid to go back downstairs and see if it has been miraculously replaced.
(now, I can understand his desire to replace the hot water heater with either a larger or more energy efficient or both water heater now that there are three people in this apartment. after all, we are only paying an extra 200 a month for the third person, presumably to cover a little bit extra wear and tear and to cover the extra cost of hot water, but it would have been nice to know he was planning on doing this. *sigh*)
