One of the features of my job is that I put out all of the daily newspapers. That is 1 Boston Globe, 1 Herald, and 2 each of the NY Times and Wall Street Journal (for those that care).
Now I think of the Herald as a flashy bit of trash, but I can see why it appeals to a decent number of people - and that includes a decent number of people who work in a law firm.
Why? It's funny.
Yesterday, they had a piece as part of their multi-issue coverage of Kerry, which had Kerry depicted as some kind of wild man and womanizer in his younger days. The pictures are silly, the headlines are flamboyant, and as stupid as it all is, they are memorable. And as part of my job, I don't normally have time to read the papers, so memorable front covers are about as much as I get.
Absolutely hilarious.
And so, I use this mostly content free post to show off my lame attempt at a political icon. Enjoy.
