(or nutcup as my dad would say)

I have a new game that is presumably starting tonight. Light-hearted and relatively free-flowing, it is going to be more episodic than most to capitalize on the GM's strength (in this case, great individual sessions rather than long ranging plots). It is supposed to be like Samurai Jack (passing acquaintance with) or Those Who Hunt Elves (much larger acquaintance with), and generally be silly - almost like Toon.

I keep on looking at my character and thinking that she might be too serious. But how can anyone with a telepathic bunny servant really be that serious?

Anna Louise of Dover and Calais, cousin to the English and French kings, recently married to Colin McOeffin, a Scottish noble in order to secure the claims of England to the northern country. Anna was chosen when her elder sister died in one of the poxes. Anna was living at a convent, where she was being raised to both revere God and understand the greater world (strange thing that).

Body: 5, Mind: 7, Soul: 5

Attributes:
Appearance, 5 levels
Art of Distraction, 3 levels
Personal Gear, 1 level (really nice clothing, cross)
Heightened Senses (Hearing), 1 level
Servant, 3 levels (cannot be exchanged between sessions)
Highly Skilled, 1 level
Magic, 1 level - Environmental Control (light), 1; Exorcism, 1; Forcefield, 1 (Cannot attack, cannot move, stops 45 damage); Healing, 1

Defects:
Inept combat, 2
Magical restriction, 2 (cross used as focus for all spells)
Ageism, 1 (she is 12)

I won't go into skills, but her bunny has controlled breathing and swimming (specialty bunny), and is a bit silly. The bunny can fly! Umm, yeah. I just want to go and knit.

From experience in a long-running Amber campaign, telepathic bunnies can be -very- serious. So long as they're not servants.

Or at least, they're serious when they're NPCs. ;-)

What did that poor dog ever do to deserve an ignominous fate like that?

So who's the GM?

And will you (or the bunny) be singing any of those Bunny Foofoo variants you were spouting a few years back?

Well, she was born in 1432, married in early 1444 and was raised at least in part in a convent. The game is supposed to be silly, but I mostly made her as close to a reality that will be quickly diverged from as possible.

At the start of game, she doesn't know that she has any magic or that her bunny is anything more than a bunny.

It's Scoit. And probably not about the singing. Ribbit (one of the other characters played by hubby of Scoit) is afraid of the bunny so I have been holding out the bunny at him repeatedly.
