My google searching didn't turn up one either (Archie McPhee has brain-shaped jello molds, but that's not what you wanted). However, I did find a walnut-shaped mold - while it didn't have the twisty bits, it was otherwise remarkably brain-shaped. The lack of twisty bits could be easily overcome with a proper frosting job (in fact, I'd think that unless you were making non-frosted cake, you'd have a hard time preserving the twisty bits under the frosting anyway).
