A free lunch

We had a free lunch in the library today, and I reaffirmed that free doesn't always mean good.

I had part of a spring roll, which I spit out because it had chicken in it.
Other vegetarian food was rice with tomato and bok choy, very exciting.

That said, it was still better than having the risotto from Sunday. I like a little variety in my foods after all.

Dessert (was both vegetarian and tasty) was designed to make jigglius jealous. It was lychee mousse. Yum. I think I need to figure out how to make this one myself.

Er, sorry about that. Usually their Asian food is better. This was decidedly under par. For the non-vegetarian stuff, too....

I figured that, which is why I am not complaining as much. I am used to it being inexplicably harder for any place that isn't exclusively vegetarian (and at least a few that are) to get the food right, but no one looked that excited about the food today (excepting that it was free).
